[If you wish to remain anonymous, be sure to tick that box in the commission form!!]× I reserve the right to deny any requests as well as cancel an ongoing commission at any point in time for any reason (with the last one usually resulting in a full refund if the cancelation is on my part).× Commissions are for personal use only. You may not use any of my pieces for commercial use/monetary gain without prior agreement.× You are not allowed to claim my work as yours, nor remove my signature/watermark if present.× If you use my work anywhere, you must do so with the proper credits.× If at all possible, please provide visual references within your requests as it really helps (yes, that even includes stick figures).× Works can take around a week to a month to complete, please remain patient.× I do not allow use of my work for NFT's or AI generation of any kind.× Payment must be made upfront before anything is started, (but after discussion).× Pricing may increase based on complexity, though you will be made aware of this before paying.× Commissions that go unpaid for beyond the due date of the invoice/receipt sent to your email will be canceled.× I do not give refunds after the sketch phase (with room for exceptions, up to my own discretion); please respect the time of both you and me.× Revisions are free, but you will be limited to only 4 minor revisions within reason during the rough draft phase only.× By commissioning me, you signify that you've read and agree to the TOS.
