◈ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
× Commissions are for personal use only! You may post/use them how you like so long as they don’t violate this and I am properly credited.
× A Commercial Fee is required if you wish to make sales/merch of the art, and will be a percentage based off the FINAL price of the piece after all other fee’s.
× No alterations are to be made to any of my art pieces without my permission!
× I reserve the right to post any commission anywhere.
× I do not allow use of my art for AI or NFT’s whatsoever, no exceptions.◈ PROCESS
× Communication will be done through email ([email protected]).
× After a request is made you will be required to pay 60% of the BASE price upfront.
× You will recieve samples to make sure the request is satisfied.
× Revisions count as an extra fee for each one made, varying in price in accordance to complexity. However, I don’t typically charge for these so long as it’s within reason. Revisions can only be made during the sample phase.
× Once finished, you will receive all necessary files after the rest of the payment is received.Notes:
× Upon initial request, please refrain from asking for updates on samples until 2-3 weeks have passed.
× Please ensure you provide fully colored references in your request; without them, your request could count as character design which would be an extra fee.
× If you’d like a commission to be done earlier, make this known beforehand so it can be negotiated/arranged.
× I do not give refunds unless the work is late or I cancel a request myself. There are exceptions but this is the rule, please do not waste either of our time.
× I reserve the right to decline/cancel any commission for any reason.◈ CONTENT LIMITATIONS
